  • It covers a large range of tasks, first year is mainly exams and paper work, some hanger and workshop time. Following Job cards along with the AMM.

  • My social and communication skills have improved along with independent living. Have improved my knowledge of the workplace, health and safety and knowledge of tasks required to perform.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love the program but working, living together and the amount of work needing to be done is very tiring. We don't always have a plan of what is happening in the programme which makes life more stressful which effects focus at work

  • The organisation is bad, the program is good and the education is great but as a student we still don't have the years plan for breaks and exams.

  • The support is good I'm always listened too and problems sorted out but the organisation of the company lets everyone down

  • The training provider trys to accommodate to most things you need and are very helpful.

  • The qualification has made me safe in the work environment and for me to perform my job to the best level I can, giving me updated information.

  • We have charity events to get envolved with and online events

  • Yes

  • Because you are well listened too and cared for. It's a friendly and comfortable environment to work in, always feeling safe.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
  • Make sure you can cope with a high workload and changing of plans and working hours on short notice
