  • Responsible for the Sales Order Intake and product management for a complex system focused product line. The role covers tasks that include: market analysis, stakeholder management, marketing and events support, operations support and product development support to name some of them.

  • Many. The course enabled myself to apply concepts within my workplace, which have been beneficial to my workflows and assessments of certain scenarios and challenges.

  • I enjoy the variety of the course, along with the ability to learn from other peoples experiences due to being surrounded by other professionals.

  • Very well. The term schedules and lecture agendas are well communicated and clear, to ensure it is possible to accommodate them during the working week.

  • Lots. They are very accommodating of my learning and skills development and have provide countless opportunities to apply what I learn and provide experiences to support them.

  • As much as I need. They is a supportive framework of learning and support if it is need ed. lectures are also very accessible, if you have additional questions or thoughts.

  • It enables myself to apply through demonstration, proven practices and concepts that complement my role. With so much content and learning availability the qualification allows myself to blend learning with workplace application.

  • Lots. We regularly socialise as teams and across business functions. This includes opportunities like, sports, charity related events, role related continuous professional development conferences and lectures.

  • Yes

  • As a dynamic and product focused organisation, they enable development and empower individuals to get involved and to have responsibility. There are also opportunities to gain exposure to various functions and activities within the organisation.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Chelton?
  • Go for it. Having been on apprenticeship programmes since leaving school, it is an ideal place for someone wanting to gain skills, knowledge and experience, within a working environment.
