  • An overview of my day is completing my online learning in the morning, helping sort mail and parcels for 2/3 duties and then preparing my own duty for delivery. I then deliver that mail and any parcels.

  • I’ve learned lots of new digital skills from completing my online learning on a new platform but I have also learned many skills needed for my role with Royal Mail.

  • I really enjoy my learning because I always find something new. Some of the modules can be really lengthy which can be hard to stay focused on

  • It’s very organised and broken down so that one months learning all ties together

  • I receive full support from my employer and I am given any support or time needed to ensure I get my work done to the best standard I can deliver

  • I have regular calls with my training provider and they are very helpful when I have any questions about some of the learning to help me understand it better

  • My learning gives me the insight into why policies and procedures are in place for specific activities with Royal Mail, helping me understand the importance of following them.
