My Role in Sense Network is a business administrator. Tasks that I do on a day to day basis include answering the phone for reception. Answering any queries that are emailed. Sorting out any post that is sent in and making sure it goes to the correct recipient. Also I learn some IT tasks with my IT manager
During this apprenticeship I have learned how to speak professionally to customers and also how to write to them in either email or letter format. I have also learned a lot more IT skills I would have many meetings with my IT manager and learn more about how each important software works for example Microsoft Azure.
I have really enjoyed the programme as I really get on with everyone that I work with. I have also felt really supported by those around me during my Apprenticeship and I know that they would help me wherever I needed so I felt very comfortable from the get go.
My programme is very organised. I am in the the office for days a week and work remotely one day a week to help me through my apprenticeship programme. I also have mentors that will help me through my programme and help me out with any queries about that I have.
I have a lot of support from my employers they always have time for me and ask me if there is anything they could do to help me out. Every time I have a question for them they always answer and do what you they can to help me out.
I have a lot of support from my training providers they are always available when I need help I just send an email and they either call me or email me to go through any queries that I do have. So I have had no problems and if I ever wondered about anything they would answer for me.
I feel a lot more confident know I have started this course and I also feel like a more professional person when working as I have been taught how to act and work in a business environment. So the course has really helped me out with that and it is something I enjoyed as well.
There are not any extra curricular working activities.
Yes
I would recommend sense to a friend as I have really enjoyed working here and really felt taken care off. It was my first ever job so they made it easy for me to adjust to the working life and I have learnt so many things along the way. I think it was great start for my career.
I would say to be confident in yourself and also enjoy it. Make sure you interact with everyone.
