Batching operator in a Food Factory. Day to day includes tipping product into mixers, cleaning, running product down a line into packaging then onto pallet to then be sent out

Learnt how to use the Olympus computer system which is used to call batches

The work is not bad and work in a good team. Company could have more support for progress

So far the programme has been pretty basic not a lot of support or time to get on with

I receive enought support from my manager

Not much, could be better

Just be confident
