  • Working as an actual engineer, given tasks with a low skill floor but also a high ceiling for those who like to push themselves. We have so much support and are put in an amazing environment to thrive.

  • CAD, programming, time management, lab report writing, punctuality

  • I love it, it's really fun and allows me to use my creativity properly.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It's very new so there are a few hiccups, but because the cohort is so small and the staff are so great, problems can be sorted out very quickly and easily. (For newer years)

  • Insane amount. Regular 1:1s with our managers and literally any member of staff we want, especially lecturers. We tend to work closely with our line managers, so they are always there to help us.

  • It gives us the skills, knowledge and confidence to do actual work.

  • They will fund literally anything, this is not a joke. There are loads of clubs and sporting activities.
