    • I enjoy it a lot it’s very challenging and I’m not left bored or alone to do something

    • It could be better, my plan has been structured but actually been set in place and been done isn’t good

    • as much as I need, they are then when I need help and always reply when. They can and push me to keep going

    • It helps me look at what I’m doing in my job role with understanding. I know why we do them and how it can benefit our company
