  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My previous program was very structured (18 month level 4 apprenticeship). However due to the novelty of the Degree apprenticeship program with Exeter (3 years level 6/7) it hasn't been well thought out or organized. The course felt rushed and I felt like I was constantly moving on from one module to the next, HR did not provide much support. I am still unsure what will happen if I fail an exam, some say I may not be able to get the degree whilst others say I will have to retake at my own expense. Nonetheless, the (free) content has been exceptional and at a high level, and I am forever grateful.
