I work in preschool and my roles are to care for an provide an educational but also an enjoyable experience for the children and to cater my activities to their needs and next steps
Yes ! I’ve learnt many things such as how to write observations how to care for SEN children and also how to help the children to self regulate their emotions
I love it , I enjoy coming to work and feel comfortable and even excited
Very well , I am given time to complete coursework and keep up to date. Each room is always to ratio and I’m always supported by my peers .

We have a sports coach come in every friday and open days and parents evenings for me to get involved in and further my performance.

Because it’s an amazing company and I feel as though any issue I have will be solved and will be helped through by not only my employer but my co workers aswell
