  • Throughout the apprenticeship, there is a structured program that aims to develop not only job relevant knowledge and skills, but also character development. The 3 year level 3 college course, plus other qualifications (NVQ, IOSHH etc) are delivered by industry experienced tutors, and the in house learning on site is organised so the apprentice gets an opportunity to work with all site functions and meet all 400+ site employees and 400+ site contractors.
