  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Great company and great programme, my apprenticeship role rotates to cover multiple areas of the supply chain, allowing insight and critical experiences. Company has a brilliant culture and is extremely supportive of apprentice progression.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Extensive induction and training at the start of the programme. Support available via personal mentor and wider business mentor network. Portion of working week is always dedicated to study and to attend University, study time/days are flexible to you.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Loads of support available from line managers and all team members, when working in the office and when remote. Network of mentors from each area of the business have signed up to offer support throughout the apprenticeship

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Course is interesting and enjoyable, content is very applicable to the roles I have been in so far, tutors are helpful and provide good feedback after each submission. Accessible via email or virtual check in sessions to ask questions, post covid this should also start to take place in face to face lectures and activities.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The theory covered is applicable day to day and the content covered each year of the course is different. The knowledge skills and behaviors targeted for development are transferrable across the supply chain and the course is really useful as it fits well with what is being learned in the workplace.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Some activities have been limited during the pandemic however do include Work Gym, Team Events, Team days, Site Visits, Christmas Events, Raffles, Food Vans, Health and Nutrition event

  • Yes

  • Really enjoyed experience so far, PepsiCo is a fantastic company with lots of opportunity for learning and growth - they are a really supportive employer.
