  • It is well organized, it has however been fairly effected by COVID>

  • I receive all of the support from my employers I need, this is one of the best qualities at Solenis.

  • HETA are really good at providing support and advice whenever you need it, my assessor is always available and can't help enough.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It was really good training, although I did miss a good chunk due to COVID, however all the training I did receive was very good.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No, not so much at the Grimsby site, we do have occasional social activities with the sports and social club if you are a member but we are quite a small site.

  • Yes

  • My experience is good, the people who work here are friendly and helpful and have helped me during my time at the company, so I would recommend.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Solenis?
  • Do a bit of research on the company values, what we do at Solenis , what sort of products we produce and a little bit about your job role to show you are interested should you go for an interview.
