  • I plan, design and deliver train customers on meetings, callings and collaboration products that they purchase from BT. I also build digital training videos for them.

  • I enjoy the job, but the learning programme was evidently poorly developed.

  • Not very structured.

  • My manager was helpful in that she provided support and extra time for my individual tasks.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider wasn't very explanatory in brteraking down the course for us. We found out at a late stage that we were doing two qualifications and not one.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It taught me the role from a conceptual point of view.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are a larger events. But, I haven't seen event for apprentices specifically. It may be because of covid.

  • Yes

  • There is a lot of room to try different roles and progress in your career.

  • Be passionate in what you do. Know what your objectives are and how you'll get there.
