  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy learning news skills and putting them into place in role. I love meeting new people from other organisations on the programme and learning from them and how they apply their skills into their businesses. Being one of the first to undertake this apprentice there has been some clunky moments along the way but quickly resolved

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • We were equipped with a thorough ILA at the beginning of the programme and attended an induction session. As its quite a new apprenticeship there has been some changes (for the better) as we've progressed through the apprenticeship, but being one of the first it was to be expected

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Lots. To support development we had access to additional materials, learning time and time as a group to get together, support each other and talk through the topics. We're also supported with finding the relevant work to be able to evidence our development

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We're matched with a coach mentor very early on in the apprenticeship who supports your learning and development. I also sought support from learner support who put in place some adjustments for me as I have dyslexia. There's lots of online resources and sessions are recorded so you can catchup

    8/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Massively. Coaching is a big part of my role and being able to invest in the skills and gain a qualification that confirms my skills level helps me feel confident in my coaching. During the Apprenticeship, I've been able to explore different techniques, models and develop a strong understanding of the theory

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • So, so many. I've been able to support our Disability and Neurodiversity network, and there are so many more for people to explore from sports and socials, meetup events that we host onsite and sponsor. I've also had the opportunity to become a STEM Amabassador and volunteer
