    • Learn't how to do bookkeeping, preparing vat, calling up HMRC, dealing with clients with different communication methods, on the job learning

    • Find the programme alright but wish it could be much more easier

    • The overall structure of the programme is good with online sessions and also mocks where they will be reviewed by the tutor. Also external work for after class

    • Receive the relevant support as required on a case by case basis. Could improve on the quality by being more compassionate and willing to understand each person's personal case

    • The training provider will strive to help at any available time with them being free to call over teams when needed. Also for exams and mock material very helpful

    • Feel that the qualification is sometimes unecessary as you can learn so much technical knowledge through working rather than just reading material and memorisation tests

    • Yes the office does cater towards social events when applicable, and will try its best to make everyone feel welcome

    • There are other companies that can provide a better service and relation to the employee. This place will make you grow much quicker than other companies due to the work provided by this company.
