  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is being a Business Administrator for the ESF sector of my organisation. This involves training, guiding, and helping learners, managers, directors and tutors. I help with enrolling learners onto the program and behind the scenes tasks like tracking, spreadsheets and emailing. I also make phone calls to staff and learners.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, I have learnt new skills as well as developed existing ones. I have learned so many new things about my organisation and being a Business Administrator. I have gained training as well as currently training in my role to enhance my skills further to progress further in my apprenticeship.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It is the most enjoyable role to date. Everyone that I work with are supportive and ensures that there are no struggles or obstacles in the way . The work is challenging yet enjoyable which is something that I rather enjoy. My expectations have been exceeded. I adore my role and my organisation.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is always organised and structured as well as the organisation itself. The structure of programmes are always changing structure to refine organisation, and procedures. The programmes have changed structures from when I started to refine the organisation. But overall, LMP Education are well organised and have solid structures.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive an incredible amount of support from everyone at Let Me Play Education. All of the staff are considerate when it comes to issues and problems, the accessibility of support that I also receive is incredible. Staff at Let Me Play Education are supportive and their attitude towards helping others is also incredible.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of support from my training provider when working towards my qualifications. My training provider is also Let Me Play Education as I gained a Traineeship there. I have no issues or problems, but when I do, I go straight to my manager or my tutor and they guide me in the right direction.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that my qualification helps me to perform better in my role as I have gained knowledge, skills, and experiences as well as enhancing those that I already have gained from previous experiences. I certainly know more about my role and my organisation from studying and gaining my qualification.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There many activities not for the staff, but for learners too. However, focusing on the activities for staff, there are social events, sporting events within the social events, and conferences. These are all the activities that staff partake outside of working hours. It helps staff get to know one another better.

  • Yes

  • I would recommend this company to a friend because of the amount of support given to each individual via help, guidance and training. It helps progress into desired future goals as well as helping to enhance skills and gain new ones. Let Me Play Education is an outstanding organisation for employment and support needs.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?
  • The tips and advice that I would give to others applying to this company is to relax, do not stress and to be yourself. The staff at Let Me Play are supportive and will help. Prepare yourself for any interviews or assessments that might be upcoming. However, stay calm and focused and do not worry.
