  • I am the first point of contact for the Purflleet Trust. I ensure that all clients, volunteers and visitors get signed in and directed to the best possible needs, carrying out reception and admin duties daily.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • i have learnt a lot of new skills and devoloped a lot of knew knowledge along the way in my training to be able to achieve more in my job role. i have learnt a lot of new skills in admin along the way.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i have loved the programme that i was on. i have loved the learning and the guidance throughout. i have learnt so much and so grateful for the support along the way.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • with the current pandemic it made it challenging for swarm to provide the best possible care throughout. i would have preferred to do more face to face visits but complying with covid rules we couldnt. My tutor was very well organised and my course was well planned and organised.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • i had a lot of support from my employer throughout. My manager was very helpful, as she had previously done the same apprenticeship she was very willing to help and get involved

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor was very well organised and my course was well planned and organised. My tutor gave me an unbelievable amount of support throughout and was always there when i needed her. Very grateful for the effort and support from my training provider

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • i feel as though the work i have achieved and the qualification i have done has improved my skills and knowledge in admin and reception to improve my work day to day.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • a hobby of mine is photography so i have taken the opportunity to offer my knowledge in my work place. i have offered to take pictures for our social media and news articles. I would also love to get involved in future events that we hold

  • lovely environment, staff and very friendly. I have found this team of people to be the best i have ever worked with. we all work as a team, share the same values and goals as an organisation.

  • be adventurous, if you have an idea on how to improve something be willing to put it forward.
