My role is fujitsu support, for fujitsu equipment, if any employee has any issues with there equipment from anything from software to hardware they would come to deskside and we would then try to resolve the issue.
I am learning new things each day
I enjoyed the programme, I learned a lot from it and it helped that I was doing physical work aswell as course work.
I am valued as I get given opportunities to progress and learn more in the company.
The programme was well organised, we had 1 day per week to complete college work and fujitsu gave us more time to complete if we were falling behind.
I received a lot of support from my training provider, he would come down at least once a month and also would always keep in contact via email or phone to see if we had any issues.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, I had a mentor to support me as I did the college work.
The salary is great once you start to get into the programme.
