  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find the programme of learning challenging. My role is intense and balancing that with my young family poses enough challenge. The course confirms a lot of what we do but puts official theory and practice to it. I struggle with the wording of the questions. They aren't "user friendly" but once in the work I do get satisfaction from it

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • We have had a number of assessors since starting the programme. Work is supportive and encourages our development as much as possible including informal 121's and formal supervision. Delegation and line management responsibilities are clear and concise.
