  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is split into admin and digital marketing tasks. Each day varies due to having to do different tasks each day. The main jobs that I do involve me collecting COVID tests from the field staff, making sure that they are keeping in line with the procedures, also collating their COVID vaccines and when they had them, storing this information in line with GDPR. I do also produce the social media posts for the different channels, as well as branding documents and other materials.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to look into the analytics of social media posts, to see the engagement, how well they have done and from there workout why a post might have either done well or didn't get the expected insights. I have also improved in my ability of using different softwares, so from using the different programmes that were recommended to then some that I have found off my own accord.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy the programme, in such a short amount of time I have learnt a lot about the different modules that are involved in my apprenticeship. Not only this, I am thoroughly impressed with the support system that is given to me from LMP, especially [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] - no problem is too big or too small, whether its from me asking the silliest of questions, to me needing help with an area that I have been struggling with. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] will go above and beyond to ensure that I am able to not only understand it, but that I can also utilise the skills that he has mentioned.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Although I have only been doing my qualification for just over a month, I believe that both my knowledge and skills have improved compared to when I first started. My day-to-day tasks have been made easier to complete and what used to take me an hour now takes me half the time and this is due to me putting what I have learnt into action.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There aren't any specific extra-curricular activities for me to partake in, but we do the best that we can do giving the current circumstances. Recently we have gone out for a drink when we have finished on a Friday and used this to take time out of work and get to know each other properly and on a more personal level.
