  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I love the programme. Love the interactions using Webex and sharing whiteboards in break out rooms. Great to gather knowledge from others in other roles/industries and share best practise.

    • Very well organised and structured. Pre-work and web invites could be sent out sooner rather than day before to organise time better.

    • Theory based examples really help when I evaluate the training cycle. Skill and will matrix have also been a key element to my new role. Put theory into practise when performing LNA.
