  • Yes - current focus is on Reflective Leadership and I've learnt a number of skills supporting my personal leadership development, along with critical writing skills

  • So far its been a lot of work / time but very rewarding

  • Considering all the challenges of running a course like this digitally its been very well organised

  • My employer is incredibly supportive, I have regular check ins with the People Team and my Manager is on board with the time required to complete the course

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot of support, the training team have been brilliant in answering all questions about the course, study etc. and in teaching

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It will help in every aspect of my role with knowledge, skills and behaviours

  • Not as yet but there are plenty of opportunities

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because its a fantastic place to work that supports its colleagues, challenges every day and is always looking at how to make things better for our customers and teams


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Very Group?
  • Have an open mind - there are so many roles available in a business of this size outside of the traditional Retail roles, and a lot of them have transferable skills
