  • Management of Key accounts customer service team ensuring that service level is met and managing performance of team members.

  • Learning about organisational culture has been an important learning step for me, particularly the ways in which I actively and subconsicously engage with this culture. This awareness allows for adaptations and modifications to be made.

  • I enjoy the programme of study and the learning materials are very comprehensive.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The remote learning element is very well done with engaging weekly sessions to be completed in my own time. The contact with tutors is very good and I have a dedicated point of contact for the programme. Some of the practical modules could be improved by making the weekly activities more accurately correspond with the learning objectives of the portfolio.

  • Very supportive employer which ensures I get 20% time off the job training along with additional hours when required. The apprentice programme within my organisation is very well organised and a fantastic resource to find additional support.

  • Very well supported by practice tutor and have regular meetings

  • I believe that I have been able to implement a higher level of quality to my work due to the embedded learning from the degree apprenticeship

  • Yes there are many different ERG's along with more informal exercise and sports classes
