  • The OU generally seems to be fine, however, my tutor isn't always quick to respond to queries and has also given me wrong information the past

  • It gives me a greater understanding of aspects of business management and management practices

  • Yes, although social activities have been put on hold due to COVID but there are plenty of apprenticeship communications via blogs, emails and meetings
