  • To manage and motivate the Traineeship sales team, pro-actively driving performance, To support, promote, engage, create, and fill Traineeship placement opportunities for young people aged 19 - 24 nationally inspiring and motivating whilst Promoting Traineeships programmes to employers, stakeholders and referral partners ensuring 100% satisfaction.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I certainly have, where do I start. Personal development I think is on of my top 10 musts haves for me and this is an area which gets ticked on a daily basis. People management, mental Health, wellbeing and continuing to help develop and grow others to meet personal goals both internally and eternally.

  • The continued support which is received from the team along with meeting new people who may have different roles whilst personally developing my skills

  • Very well organised with a clear a understanding of what is needed with excellent structure of the overall programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I joined the company 3 months ago at a time of uncertainty for many, my employer has gone above and beyond to give unconditional support when ever needed. I could not ask for a better employer

  • 100% support is given from Let Me Play, nothing is too much with a team on hand to answer any questions.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Give a better understanding of expectations from as a manager/leader, understanding how to understand people and different personalities to develop a strong motivated team

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Certainly!! on a weekly basis. We are continually encouraged to take down time as a collective and individually, maintaining a good work life balance.
