  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy my programme, I started being quite wary of the programme as it was out of my comfort zone and wasnt sure if it was exactly what i wanted/needed. But i was made to feel comfortable, helped boost my confidence to believe that i could achieve the set goals. It has helped me to relate the course to my job to, which is helpful.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very organised and structured, i always know exactly where i am and what i need to be doing. I have the support from work to be able to complete my programme during the work time, so it doesnt impact me working out of hour times etc. I have support from my tutors too, if i ever needed to miss a session, it is recorded for if we need to watch it back, helps for if there is ever a reason we needed to miss out.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive enough support from my employer, i feel if i was struggling more with the work then it may snowball and i may feel i need more support. However i have been lucky that i havent needed to rely on the support, i have been able to get on with the work myself. Maybe if i needed more support, it would be there for me, and maybe i just havent needed the support so havent needed to go searching for it. I am supported in all other roles and aspects of my job so therefore i would value this highly.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a great amount of training to work towards my qualifications. I can very easily ask my tutor for extra guidance on topics and 9/10 times i get a reply within an hour, and its never longer than a day. This makes it so much easier to go back and work on the topic than needing to wait days etc. I also receive a lot of help in terms of mentor, i can easily book in for a meeting if i want a chat, about the work or personal aspects etc.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • When i started my apprentice i was a PL clerk, and since then i have been promoted to Senior PL Clerk. This gave me the opportunity to get the role, as i was open to improving myself. I also have a better understanding of the areas and aspects of the current role and how i can help others.

  • 9a. Would you recommend MOTUS Commercials to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a great company to work for, with a path of improvement for each employee. They always try and encourage you to improve and to take courses to help improve your work knowledge. There is a lot of incentives, personal and team driven. Regular check ins to show improvements and reflections.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MOTUS Commercials?
  • Be prepared to work hard, but also be rewarded. The work is intense, fast, but it is enjoyable, it isnt too serious and professional that it becomes a chore and boring, but it is professional in the sense that if you work hard you get rewarded. It doesnt feel a chore coming to work each day.
