Ensuring the safety of our products and colleagues, the quality of our products are up to standard and maintaining the workplace to a safe and presentable specification.

I have learned new communication skills, social skills, contamination skills, health and safety skills and developed my food safety skills and knowledge too.

I enjoy the ability to learn something new everyday and improve my skills to maximise my potential as a top operator.

Well structured programme, workshops and sessions well structured for learning.

Any support needed is provided, full support for any troubles here at Premier Foods.

A heap of support, always there to ask me if I am not sure, always double checking I fully understand the process and why it is carried out in that certain way.

Very well, it covers all the aspects needed to operate safely and how to better improve production and the process for a better result.

Yes, there is all sorts of extra-curricular activities which I am getting involved in.
