Managing contracts and renewal process, along with processing of orders and ensuring customer satisfaction is key
Developed interpersonal communication skills, especially verbal, through telephone and F2F. Written skills also developed

endless amounts of support whether it be checking up on progress or providing extra time off "study leave"
endless support from Activate Learning especially delivery lead, Lorraine
providing more confidence in the day to day job and personal life. Made my time management skills improve massively too
Yes many, especially our annual dinner to help with organising, Ascot races for Royals etc
