  • taking responsibility for the decontamination of instruments maintaining dental operating equipment ensuring that all relevant materials and supplies are in place looking after patient records – including making notes when the dentist is examining a patient working closely with the dentist, responding quickly to requests and generally keeping the surgery ready for use. Responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and control of infection.

  • I enjoy working in surgery , the course work was very good to learn from . I thought I would struggle with the exams but I surprised myself , but I couldn’t have done it without my tutor she was amazing so helpful and was pushing me always as she believed in me.

  • Took longer to finish course then I expected but it’s because my old tutor left and was without one for a while and then Covid came so that didn’t help . Just so glad it’s over as it seemed so long.
