  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Looking after the Nursery, Making sure staff are giving there all during working hours, Ensuring that children are progressing to their maximum potential also giving them the best chance grow when they leave nursery. Planning activities with children, finding out there strengths and weaknesses. Going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt a variety of new skills working here for example, my confidence, way of thinking, planning, thinking about others. developing other people skills, team work have all enhanced. What I do think has improved the most though is my organisation skills, I have more of a structure to my day which also helps me through the week.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy my program as I learning new things every day. within the programme itself I am finding out things I didn't even have a clue about which means I approach ways of thinking in different ways I used to especially to help me adapt to any new ideas brought up by others.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programmed is very well, structured giving me every opportunity to work and complete my work at the same time while also learning on the job and finding the strength and weaknesses of my key children. The course is also well structured with presantations that go alongside coursework that is needed to do.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I RECEIVE INCREDIBLE SUPPORT FROM MY EMPLOYERS AS WELL AS MY COLLEAGUES. I tell them about my weaknesses and where I need to improve and they are always willing to reach out and give me a hand when needed. my employers are with me every step of the way and are always in sight.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider Realise are always my first port of call when I am stuck on any piece of work. they always offer me there support when I am stuck and are even willing to help me when I have too much work load. they always give mean opportunity to grasp things,

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I can't underestimate how much of a help my training provider is when it comes to my performance. they are always spurring me on to get my work done at my best pod ability and they are my encouragement even when times get tough. I never feel out of place with them.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • AT WORK we have great team ethic and are always well spoken to each other and always catching banter! This provides an credible family sort of vibe in the work place. We also go out for social event and gatherings such as Christmas parties and random meals which brings us together even more

  • Yes

  • I would always recommend this company to family and friends as they are loyal and always helping you strive for the best. it is by far one of the easiest ways to gain the qualification you require. everyone at the company has different needs and are always willing to help out when they can


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Early Learners Nursery School?
  • I WOULD say if you're applying to just be confident, excited that you want to be involved in childcare have a passion of wanting to improve a Childs progression. Working within a strong team environment. Be hard working and willing to go above and beyond to reap the benefits
