  • Yes, because I am very new to the role, everything I have been shown recently is a new skill.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I wasn't too keen on the theory part of my programme. I have however, enjoyed the more recent times with one-to-one sessions with my tutor and having our professional discussions.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Again, theory side not so, left alone to get through it. Skills and evidence based, through one-to-one meetings much more structured and progressive.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • At the start of my course it was a struggle, I had a different role/manager nd it was difficult to manage my studies. My new role and a new supportive manager has helped this and I feel as though I have full support from both my line manager and other colleagues.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor and I have weekly teams meetings in place. But I also know that I could ring him at any time with a query and he would answer or at least give me a call back.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification has helped me gain knowledge of various areas within projects that I wasn't too clued up about. This helped me as I have had 2 job roles during my time on my course.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not currently on any projects that i am apart of, hard due to covid and also working so far away from home. However, when i was based on a project based near home i organised 7 aside football with the project team.

  • Yes

  • Good company to work for, supportive, tight group of colleagues.

  • Be prepared to be open about work location. Opportunities for progression (if needed) will be available. Great colleagues.
