My role is to improvise and implement improvement projects around the resort. Due to my background I also get involved with larger scale projects (i.e. building a carpark) whilst also covering the duties of office manager which entails being the point of contact during park open days and helping to resolve issues that arise.
Over the course of this project I have been able to greatly improvement on my project management skills and implement better and more effective processes. In turn I have found that i have been able to structure my projects in a better way allowing for greater clarity and improved communication between all stakeholders.
Very much so. This programme makes me look at my job role much more closely, in turn this has helped me to identify improvements that can be made which I may not normally have realised. The way the course is structured is also allowing me to learn at a decent rate without being stressful and overbearing.
The programme is now well structured. I have clear targets and guidelines to meet and follow along with regular fortnightly Teams calls with my tutor to review the previous two weeks progress and talk over any issues. I have a clear path of what needs to be done in order to successfully reach the end of the course.
I am given time to complete my studies and the freedom to collate any information from any source I require it.
Plenty with the fortnightly calls and the option to get in touch whenever I have any issues.
Much better, I am already seeing improvements in my day to day role.
There are charity events and various social activities every now and again.
