  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • In terms of the training programme i have found this difficult within covid due to inability to meet with tutor for support (online is limited in value). Also limited for witness testimony and observations that would have made the programme a little easier, the whole of my ILM has been written and no amendments or adjustments of credits allowed for this

    2/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • it is well structured and the resources are online however again given the pandemic and inability for visitors to social care settings this has hindered the progress of the course and resulted n all work and criteria being evidenced in the writing format protracting the course and negatively impacting the learning experience. If I had wanted this I would have completed an online masters, not work-based learning.
