  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The course I feel has been very well structured. The beginning took a lot of effort on my part to get everything signed and ready to begin the training but once that was all sorted it has been relatively easy sailing through the course. The online portal is East to use and access. You are given resources to use, a place to upload work and a place to log all the time your allocating to the course

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Knowing I am learning a lot about dental through my course provider whilst I am working is a great benefit for me. To know I am working hard towards gaining a proper qualification in dental nursing is very satisfying. It helps you to work harder and to pay attention to everything your doing to be able to learn more and be able to carry out all taks.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Twice yearly our practice usually organises some outside activities and a Christmas meal. But due to the coronavirus this year the activities have had to stop. This is to ensure that all staff and patients are kept safe. It would be nice when all things can get back more the normal and extra curricular activities can resume again.
