  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme because I’m given the opportunity to learn new skills and once I’ve learned them I have the opportunity to refine and improve on them. It’s also enjoyable to be in a work environment whilst learning and meeting new people rather than learning these skills in full time education

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is well organised and has a clear structure which helps me to balance my apprenticeship work and also my work tasks. This is done by giving us a day a week to focus on our apprenticeship work and do any additional studying that will help us. We also get the opportunity to gather evidence of our work whilst on site.
