  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My Role in my company is to book the customers vehicle in for service or any defects. My day-to-day operation is to answer the phone from the customer and advise on their query whether it could be an update on vehicle or any issues. Similarly, keeping up with the rules and standard of the company like filling up the paperwork for courtesy car, work permit, covid-19 health check and making sure customer is wearing a mask.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed my skills as well as discovered new skills working here. Communication skills have been developed everyday as this is my job to speak to the different customers everyday. New skills of using company application on computer such as kerridge, DAF check and also able to discover new things at work has built up my skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I think its really fun to discover new programme and able to learn from it. As long as I have time, I always enjoy it. I believe its for our personal development and will help us for our career development.

  • I try to be organized as much as possible to be very honest. I think I am well organized in my programme and more to learn I would say.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have a fantastic team and Manager who supports me through out my day whenever I need help. I could not ask for better team than this. Working as a apprentice, it is really hard to get along with everyone especially if its your new industry job but my team has never made me feel like it.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have got a lot of support from my training provider by ensuring my work is completed or not. Whether I'm stuck on something and is incomplete, my training provider has always helped to to reach my goal.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has been helping me a lot to be very honest. Building my confidence, improving my speaking and way of thinking to improve my skills are the things that has been developed.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We do get professional networking events which is sent by our Head members for us to join. It could be for Christmas or even a charity fund raising program.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Its been 6 months that I have been working in this company and by so far This is the best job I have ever done in my life which has changed me to become very confident man and improving my communication, typing, multi-taking, having good relation with customer skills. So, being a employee I couldn't ask for more.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MOTUS Commercials?
  • I would say, If you are willing to work in fast pace environment and wants to build your career then this is your best job.
