Year 3: Assistant Manager - Perfromance management, leading a team, breifing and presentations, shop floor management, dealing with HR related issues

  • 9b. Why?
  • No because of the lack of care from management above store level and the feeling of being in a company undergoing “kitchen sinking” with constant spend cuts matched with unreasonable expectations to meet using outdated systems and processes. As for the learning and development tho the teams responsible for that are A1.

  • Its a tough 3 years
