Take customer orders via telephone, email and plan the deliveries to the sites that placed the orders.
I have learned to be a planner, I have not done this type of roll before joining Hoyer.
I am fairly new to the programme but so far I am really enjoying it. I am learning things that I wouldn't have otherwise known about safe working environments, legislations etc.
The programme is very organised with very clear deadlines and goals.
My employer suggested that I enroll onto the programme to further my knowledge. I do receive adequate support.
the training provider is always available for me to contact with any questions.
I will learn new customer service skills and learning about safe working environments will ensure that I do not develop any repetitive strain injuries.
