  • sterilising equipment, interacting with patients and keeping up with important information and keeping it professional so that customers can be less anxious and learning new skills as i go along and being a part of a team with the other colleagues and discussing treatment plans, also includes patient confidentiality within the business

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • yes lots i came from a medical background in uni and this helped me further and i’ve learnt so much i’ve the past 3-4 months and feel as though i’ve been doing it for a years i picked up a lot of the skills very quickly so

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • yes it helped me become better within dentistry and helped boost my confidence and helping patients has been my number 1 and working alongside the dentists it’s been very exciting looking forward for more in the future definitely a great path to go down and would recommend to others

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • very structured and you learn a lot of different techniques which you can contribute to your everyday life i picked up a lot of dental skills for even throughly cleaning my own teeth which i didn’t know about before so i am very impressed with the opportunity so far

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • a lot and always helping me along the way couldn’t thank them more they have supported me the whole way through and countless hours or teaching me tricks and methods to becoming quicker at my trainee role within the dental care facility and i have enjoyed working with them

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • so far i’ve received enough and as i continue they will be there to help me countless number of times hopefully they guide me along the way and show support and enjoying the course would recommend to anyone that isn’t sure what to do in the future t

  • yes they have continually emailed me through the whole way and i’m thankful they are their for me and i couldn’t agree more with the help and advice i would recommend the company more than anything it’s very good and enjoyable it’s been very good as alwasys

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • they do. social events but as everything due to the current pandemic i’ve the years they’ve had to put a pause on it which hasn’t been great but still very much enjoy working as a team and they’re always there for me when i need support

  • Yes

  • it’s been very good and exciting as i said i would recommend nothing less nothing more as it’s been great and i’ll have e to see in a years time when i finish if it’s gone as smooth as i feel it has which will be worth it


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to montreal dental care?
  • yes make sure you can learn fast and work at a fast pace as it’s very common even in the pandemic you have to be in more than one place at a time which can be stressful but it’s good that it’s busy it helps the day
