I have learnt a variety of new skills as well as developing existing skills, such as analysis, problem solving and using systems and processes.

You receive support throughout the apprenticeship from both the workplace and whilst doing your qualifications.

You are supported throughout for as much support as you need.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well, it allows you to develop more skill and knowledge to help you in the workplace.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Constantly. We are also recommended to take 5 days a year as foundation days which are not to work but instead do something for a charity such as help out at a dog shelter or do a beach clean etc.

Yes

It is a fantastic company with many benefits such as a big bonus, training courses, healthcare benefits, share scheme and so on.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sage?

Be yourself and try to link your application or interview to Sage values and aims, also use past experiences as examples of when you have performed well.
