Technician duties, undertaking inspections on vehicles, heavy and light vehicles.
Mechanical competence, timekeeping, and perseverance.
Because of covid, it has impacted the organisation of the course and it could have been better.
Do not receive a lot of support from management, when at work it can be very busy.
Course helps a lot with a majority of the vehicles that come in. There are some vehicles however that are not taught on the course because they are specialist.

Atmoshpere could be much better and I don't feel like it is run particularly well.
Listen caarefully to instructions from management and Paragon and anyone else that is supporting you.
