  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a Technical Service Administrator, I am required to understand the Rustins family of products inside and out so that I can promptly acknowledge and resolve customer queries via email and telephone. It is imperative that I maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, to keep good relations for business. I also keep records of customer interactions, transactions (when working with sales administration), comments and queries. During monthly Product Meetings, I am required to provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. A regular part of the role is to coordinate with colleagues as necessary, in all departments. Upon the acquisition of new brands and products, it is my responsibility to generate Product Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets that are shown on our website for end-users to look through.
