Lsp did not give up and and there support and patience through that time was amazing. if It was not for Lsp and [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] in particular I would a lot further behind on my coursework.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Currie Motors Have been decent in terms of support however not the best, I have a few amount of issue in regards to Currie Motors. One in particular was my second dealing with Covid-19 , First time I had caught it a receptionist had caught the virus a week prior, They decided to call me off furlough and put me in the same office as the receptionist to cover till she was back, They stated that it was fully sanitized ,and reassured me it was safe for to me sit in. However a week a later I feel sick got a test and found out I had covid which affected me massively in terms of health in which to this day I feel still impacts me, Second time My little brother had got covid so my household had to self isolate, I took those day off to protect the business and my collogues and I did not have it this time. They decided to take a significant amount off my pay check 12 days off, I had to take holiday to get my days back and am only left with 7 days even thought I have only taken 2 off. I had also had previous issue with my previous manager in which one day he left me to work a Saturday by self bearing in mind I don't drive or had keys to open the site up.
