    • I have been able to learn a great deal about different software, the industry regulations and how I can follow them within my role.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I really enjoy working in such a fast-paced environment, which allows me to learn from industry experts and gain so much knowledge from them. I also receive lots of training and opportunities to further my development.

    • The structure of the programme is good and the role requires a need to learn things in an organised manner. I am able to learn different modules and activities in a structured way which helps me to gain a solid understanding of my job role and responsibilities.

    • I receive regular training and support from my manager mentor and peers daily.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • The college regularly catch up with me and make sure that I am developing with my learning. I also have access to online learning tools to help with this.

    • I am able to relate the learning from my engineering to the machinery that I work on which is useful to my learning and my use of machinery at work.

    • There are many different groups that you can get evolved with depending on your interests. I feel that this is something that AstraZeneca excels at.
