  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We receive lots of support, not only from our managers, but also the people who work around us as well as the university staff. If there is ever a concern you can always speak up about it. I have monthly catch ups with my bosses and my uni advisor too

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification definitely connects with the job and vica versa. In this way it helps me understand what i'm doing by explaining why but also helps me understand the study guide by seeing it and using it in real life

  • Definitely be confident. Be prepared to complete a presentation or two. Show what youre best at and talk about what you know best. And always come across as yourself :)
