  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say the the programme is very structured. I have clear days set aside to work through my course and days set aside for working within my role. The course is very specific to the role I do which really helps me to improve my skills for the job. I learn both through the course and "hand on" learning through completing work for the bank.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many extra-currcicular activities for me to get involved in. Before COVID-19 outbreak there were activites such as sports teams on campus along with a range of networking events held on site. Since the pandemic and new working from home practices, those extra-curricular activities that had the ability to adapt did, for example netwroking events take place virtually though skype/webex etc.
