  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role as a Business Admin Apprentice has many jobs. On a day to day basis I will print the post and match the invoice to it's delivery ticket if it has one. I will then work through my tray and do other things like, costing the invoices, checking statements and answering the telephone.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very structured. I have to do Cognassist every month, which consists of 4 modules to read through and make notes on what I have learnt when reading through them. I then have a monthly visit, in which we talk via teams and discuss next steps and my progress so far.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There aren't at the moment because of Covid. But we raise a lot of money for Claire House by doing different sporting events across the UK. We also used to have a Trustland football team in which we would play one day during the week which was very fun.
