I have done an apprenticeship previously with Babington and enjoyed it. I have found it more difficult this time having to learn over the phone.
On my first apprenticeship i did - this one i found much more challenging and less personable as i havent had any face to face appts - this is due to covid but has been tricky as i am a visual learner.
I havent enjoyed the programme.
i dont feel as though there has been much structure, making me less motivated. i have often found it difficult to do the set work.
As much support as needed.
I havent received as much as I would have liked.
No better than usual
I go to team meetings, annual conferences and attend zoom calls.
Yes
Its a great place to work. The staff are nice, the pay and commission is fair. It feels like one big family.
Be honest about anything and you will receive the support that you need. You can progress as much as you wish to - Reeds Rains like staff to progress.
