  • I care for 6 adults with severe learning disabilities during night shifts, I provide care and support, personal care, I do cleaning of the house and laundrey, give medication, provide activities, provide food and drinks, do hourly checks when customers are sleeping, fill in customers daily notes

  • I have learnt about barriers to communication and about autism and causes for challenging behaviour

  • I found it interesting and informative

  • It has helped me greatly to notice the barriers that may be causing challenging behaviour and how I can go about trying to prevent these
