  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme a lot. I have learnt a lot of different skills both in college and within Sage. They treat you like you are just another employee so there is no discretion between you and another person. Within my department they allow you to work on my college work during work hours to help with the programme.

  • I have a lot of support from my employer. I have certain issues that Sage have definitely accommodated for. I have had a desk assessment to make sure that I am comfortable at my work station. • My qualification has helped me with my role because it has made me more aware of how the business works. How the accounts work for the business. When I worked in the R2R department it helped me to understand the importance of why the tasks I done were important for the business.

  • There is something called Sage Foundation days where colleagues can go and sign up to a load of different things to help the community. There is something to do everyday. Also, you can do some training on your own to better your understanding on something. It is very good that you can do this.
